Does it violate the privacy act for an attorney to garnish the wrong employer?

I have an outstanding debt, and there has been judgment. The attorney has sent a granishment notice to some other company, but its not my employer. I wa expecting a garnishment, but not expecting my personal business to be sent to some other company that i am in no way affiated with. Doe this violate my privacy and the privacy act?
